Fall 2018 Leaf Collection Has Arrived!

Leaf and Yard Waste Collection Program

The Public Works Department will be picking up leaves and yard waste in the morning only on the following dates:

October 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26 and 29, 2018
November 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 26, and 30, 2018
December 3, 7, and 10, 2018

Essential Information

• Yard Waste consists of leaves and small sticks.
• Pick up will be accomplished only if the leaves are placed in clear plastic bags and the bags are at the curbside. 
• Place bags at the curb the evening before the collection day or before 7:00 a.m. the day of collection.
• Clear plastic bags can be purchased at the Municipal Center, 101 S. Railroad St., for $.25 per bag.
• For large branches contact the Public Works Department at (717) 866-6948 leave your name, address and telephone number. The department will contact you to arrange pick up.
