Public Meetings

All public meetings of the Myerstown Borough Government are held in the Council Room at the Myerstown Community Center located at 101 South Railroad Street.  If a large turnout is expected, the meeting may be moved to the Auditorium in the same building.

Special Accomodations for Persons with Disabilities
Any person with a disability requiring a special accommodation to attend a borough meeting should notify the Borough Manager at (717) 866-5038 as early as possible, but no later than 3 working days before the meeting.  The Borough will make every effort to provide a reasonable accommodation.

Accessible Entry for Public Meetings
The Myerstown Community Center has accessible parking spaces at the rear of the building, which can be accessed by the Carpenter Avenue entrance.  An accessible entrance can be found adjacent to the parking spaces.  Inside the accessible door is an elevator which provides access to all three floors of the building.
