Cancelled/Postponed Borough Meetings and Events

Based on the recent recommendations from the Governor of Pennsylvania and public health experts, Myerstown Borough is announcing the following cancellations and postponements to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19):

Planning Commission - March 23
The Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Monday, March 23, 2020, has been CANCELLED.  The next meeting of the Planning Commission is scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2020.  Call Borough Offices at (717) 866-5038 if you have any questions.

Council Committees - March 25
The Borough Council Committee Meetings scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2020, have been CANCELLED.  The next meeting of the Borough Council Committees is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2020.  Call Borough Offices at (717) 866-5038 if you have any questions.

Easter Egg Hunt - April 4
The Annual Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2020, has been CANCELLED.  The event is organized by the Myerstown Recreation Board.  Call Borough Offices at (717) 866-5038 if you have any questions.

Youth Only Day of Fishing: April 11
The Annual "Youth Only Day of Fishing" scheduled for April 11, 2020, has been POSTPONED.  This event is organized by the Community Health Council of Lebanon County.  Call (717) 228-0935 for more information.
